Thomas Jefferson said, "With respect to my countrymen. I have studied their character with attention. To that warmth of thier climate with unnerves and unmans both body and mind".
What was observed by Jefferson about America is comparatvely true about warm and cold climate cultures around the world.
Cold Climate
In the North they are: cool, sober, laborious, persevering, independant, jealous of their own liberties and just to those of others.
Warm Climate
In the South they are: fiery, voluptuary, indolent, unsteady, independant, generous, candid, without attachment to any religion but that of the heart.
